Every wellness store claims "authorized dealer." Almost none show proof. As we add outside brands, each will appear here with its dealer ID and a phone number to verify it — we publish proof, not badges. Nothing is sold here until the paperwork is countersigned and the warranty is real.
Our promises, in writing
- Pre-ship confirmation call. Before any sauna ships, we confirm your electrical setup, doorway clearances and delivery access. Wrong-fit orders are the #1 cause of high-ticket returns — we prevent them instead of restocking-fee'ing them.
- 0% restocking fee on standard models. The industry hides 15–30% fees behind "30-day returns" badges. Our number is zero, and it's printed on the returns page, not buried.
- We handle warranty claims — you never chase a manufacturer. One call to us, we file with the brand, parts ship to your door.
- Price-match guarantee. Find a lower advertised price from any authorized dealer and we'll beat it — before or within 30 days of your purchase.
Why this matters at $5,000: gray-market sellers can undercut because they carry no warranty obligation. If a price looks too good, ask the seller for their dealer ID and call the manufacturer. We'll wait.
